YOGA WITH LISA BUTLER ~ 28th April – 5th May 2018

Being a trained professional dancer, Lisa’s classes flow with grace. She is a gentle and intuitive teacher who enables everyone in her class to work at their own pace, enabling students to deepen their flexibility and well being through close attention to breath and awareness of their inner body and alignment. She believes passionately in the power and the therapeutics of yoga and the effects this has on the mind, body and spirit. Her classes are fun, informative and transformational.

Lisa is a registered RYT 200 teacher with Yoga Alliance UK. This accreditation demonstrates excellent standards as set by Yoga Alliance UK. She is an Anusara Inspired teacher/student & has also studied extensively with Moksha Yoga in Canada. She holds a Perinatal Diploma with Birthlight and teaches Pregnancy, Yoga for Mother & Baby and Conception Yoga. She has been teaching In Somerset and Europe for the last 12 years. 

Our bespoke course with Lisa will include two classes daily. The morning class will be a Vinyasa Flow Yoga to energise and strengthen your core followed by a Restorative Yoga Class in the evenings, which will be more relaxing and meditative. All of our classes are optional and there will time in each class for individual attention.

Trips to the beach can be arranged at anytime throughout your stay for a small surcharge.

Some of our numerous extras can include various types of massages and body treatments,  or even an afternoon of horse riding.

Flights are not included in the price

We will be recommending flights with EasyJet closer to the time and will provide transfers to meet these arrival and departure times for a surcharge of €30 per person return.

Outside of these times, we can arrange transfers, payable separately
